A medieval building and survival game in a hand-drawn pixel-art style. Build a village, explore a living world and write your own story.

A valley awaits you
The valley lies still. The river is only a trickle, the fields are grey, and the few people who stayed no longer know their names. You come with nothing, only a warm stone in your pocket and the will to bring this place back to life.
Wildmark is a medieval building and survival game in a hand-drawn pixel-art style. Build a village, explore a living world and write your own story, blow by blow, stone by stone.

It all begins with a campfire and a workbench. Fell trees, gather stones and build your first hut. Over time your village grows into a lively settlement: smithies, bakeries, storehouses, fields and palisades protect your villagers.
Place every building freely in the world. There is no rigid grid. Your village looks the way you want it to.

Beyond your village wait dense forests, raging rivers and hidden caves. Discover crystal caves deep underground where glowing gems light up the darkness. Find rare resources that you search for in vain on the surface.
Every new world is uniquely generated: new landscape, new starting point, new secrets.

You are not alone in the woods. Wolves roam through the night, wild boars defend their territory. Forge weapons, from a simple club to an iron sword, and equip yourself with leather armour and shields.
But fighting is not your only option: Clever dodging, the right equipment and a full stomach are often worth more than a sharp sword.
Gather wood, stone, fibres, ores and herbs. Process them at different workshops into tools, weapons, armour, furniture and food. Every item has its place, nothing is superfluous.
Ropes, torches, simple weapons
Axes, pickaxes, fishing rods
Iron ingots, rivets, buckles
Bread, stew, pancakes, fish soup
Fabrics, ropes, carpets
Plant seeds in your vegetable bed, water them and harvest fresh vegetables after a day. Keep chickens in the coop, they deliver fresh eggs to the village storehouse all by themselves. Cook hearty meals that heal you and fill you up.
Farming is not just a nice extra. It is the key to feeding your growing village.
You are not alone. In the course of the story, NPCs join you who live and work in your village. Assign them professions. Your workers keep working even when you close the game. Come back and find your storehouse full of supplies.
The valley has a past. Talk to the villagers, follow quests and uncover piece by piece what happened here. The story unfolds at your pace: no time pressure, no countdown timers.
Or ignore the quests and just start building. Wildmark lets you play the way you want.
EveningNight
Day, night and seasons: In the morning, mist drifts through the trees, at noon the sun shines on golden wheat fields, and at night fireflies glow around your campfire. Rain and clear skies alternate. At night your villagers sleep, and so should you.
Wildmark keeps running even when you are offline. Your farmers harvest, your smiths hammer, your chickens lay eggs. The next time you open the game, a full storehouse awaits you.
No energy system. No waiting times. No pay-to-win. Just you and your valley.
