2. Overview

Wildmark is an offline game. We place great importance on protecting your data. This app collects, stores and processes as little personal data as possible. There are no user accounts, no ads and no tracking.

3. What data is collected?

3.1 Save games (local)

Your game progress is stored exclusively locally on your device. It is not transmitted to our servers or to third parties. If you delete the app, your save games are deleted as well.

3.2 In-app purchases

Wildmark offers optional in-app purchases. They are handled entirely through Apple (App Store). We receive no payment data such as credit card numbers or bank details from Apple. We only receive the information whether a purchase was successful, in order to unlock the corresponding content.

3.3 App updates (over the air)

When it starts, the app checks whether an update is available. For this, a connection to the servers of Expo (expo.dev) is established. Technical data such as the IP address, the app version and the operating system may be transmitted. This data is used exclusively to provide updates.

3.4 Crash reports

Should the app crash, technical information about the crash (device type, operating system version, error log) may be transmitted to Apple and/or Expo. This data contains no personal information and is used exclusively for troubleshooting.

4. What data is NOT collected?

No personal data (name, email, phone number)
No location data
No contacts or photos
No advertising IDs or tracking IDs
No usage analytics
No data is passed on to advertising networks
No social media links

5. Third-party providers

The app uses the following third-party services:

No other third-party SDKs, analytics tools or advertising networks are used.

6. Data security

Since no personal data is collected, there is no risk of a leak of personal information. Save games are stored exclusively locally on your device and are protected by your operating system's security mechanisms.

7. Children and teenagers

Wildmark is aimed at players of all ages. Since no personal data is collected, its use is also harmless for children and teenagers. The app contains no ads and no social media features.

8. Your rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data, the usual data subject rights (access, deletion, correction) do not apply for lack of data. Should you still have questions, you can contact us at any time.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy when necessary, for example due to app updates or changed legal requirements. The current version is always available at fntastic.ch/datenschutz .
